Property development finance
We will arrange specialist funding of up to 100 per cent for multiple developments including greenfield and brownfield sites.Once the development has been completed the client can either sell the properties on the open market or refinance the loan with another lender. All types of residential, commercial and industrial developments can be funded.

Land Acquisition Finance

Land Acquisition Finance is provided by us to help developers move quickly when they identify a site with planning permission in place or planning potential.
It can provide up to 100 per cent of the purchase price and allows clients to pursue a number of diffferent strategies. The site's value can be boosted allowing it to be sold or refinanced once the potential has been realised through the granting of new or improved planning permission. The loan can also be converted to a development finance facility allowing property investors to complete a development on the site.
Greenfield or Brownfield sites can be funded with full or outline consent and in certain circumstances a loan will be provided purely against the development potential of the site.

Commercial and residential bridging finance
In contrast to traditional briding lenders there are no set criteria a client has to meet.
Each opportunity is looked at on its own merits, which gives us the flexibility to provide up to 100 per cent finance. We are able to fund all types of residential, commercial and industrial property whether it is already owned or being purchased.

Residential refurbishment finance
We can arrange to lend up to 100 per cent of the funds on the basis of the projected end value being achieved and the quality of the development proposed by the customer. Once the property has been completed our clients either refinance with another lender or sell the property on the open market for a profit. Any type of residential property can be funded ranging from small, terraced houses to large, period property, including houses of multiple occupancy and student accommodation.
