Mortgages
for discharged bankrupts |
When it comes to borrowing, one important difference
is that a person whose Bankruptcy is not yet
discharged cannot borrow. A person with a running
IVA can borrow, subject to certain conditions.
What
if you are a discharged bankrupt?
Fortunately there are an increasing number of
specialist lenders who are sympathetic to individuals
previously bankrupt. Providing you have a reasonable
deposit at your disposal, getting a mortgage
should not be a problem. Many of the lenders
we currently deal with allow customers to be
discharged bankrupts. If you would like to know
more then call one of our advisers in strictest
confidence.
