What
is Covered?
Your office contents, business machines, telephone and fax
installations, photocopiers, computers and office furniture.
Replaced on a 'New for Old' basis, providing you are insured
for full replacement value, we pay the full replacement costs
irrespective of age. In addition to the above your sum insured
will be automatically reinstated following any loss. The policy
will also pay for accidental breakage of fixed plain glass
in doors and windows.
What risks are they covered against?
All
insured against accidental loss or damage which covers most
risks including fire, explosion, theft or hold-up, malicious
damage and water damage.
Special features of the office property and contents insurance
policy
New external door locks and cost of fitting, up to £1,000
in all, paid if keys are stolen following hold-up or forcible
and violent entry into your premises. Repairs and replacement
costs to your premises are paid for, if they are your responsibility
and caused by damage due to theft involving forcible entry
or exit. Debris removal costs up to £1,000 are included.
